Hello and welcome! Sorry about being a bit quiet this week, it was a busy week, I didn't even manage to get my CSI layout done. Today I have a tag and a card to share, made with Darkroom Door's new Lady Lace Collage stamp.
This is such a lovely stamp and the collage stamps are perfect for quick projects, since they cover quite a bit of paper and immediately become the focal point. Here I stamped it with Archival Jet Black on a tag die cut from white cardstock. The image was coloured with Pan Pastels, aiming for a soft look. I also used the pastels to colour the edges of the tag.
Smear Black Soot Distress Ink on your craft sheet, mist once with water and pick up with a paint brush. Tap the handle of the paint brush to splatter ink on the tag, for a great distressed look. The tag was finished with tissue tape and a tassel die cut from patterned paper. To continue the music theme, I stamped the Music Background stamp on the strip of paper wrapped around the top of the tassel.
Thank you for looking! Enjoy your weekend!
