Hi crafters! Today I have a tag to share, has a mosaic background and dimensional flowers.

I made a tag with a mosaic background for the Simon Says Stamp Out Of This World blog hop and this is another version of a mosaic tag, using a different technique for the background.
I started with squares of paper which had been watercolored with my Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor paint. They were left-over from another project where I made a color sampler in my art journal. You can find that tutorial here. Glue them to watercolor paper. The squares were die cut with Tim Holtz Stacked Squares.
Die cut with Tim Holtz Framed Tags.
White emboss Simon Says Stamp Vintage Mosaic on the squares. The set comes from the new Out Of This World release.
For the flower, die cut Simon Says Stamp Etched Magnolia twice from heavystock paper.
Ink with Simon Says Stamp Yellow Sunsets set.
Die cut Simon Says Stamp Windswept Leaves from heavystock paper.
Shape the flowers with Tim Holtz Shaping kit.
Dye three lengths of May Arts Wrinkled Faux Silk Ribbon using the Pawsitively Saturated inks.
Assemble the flowers and adhere with foam tape.
The title was die cut with Simon Says Stamp You Shine die from heavystock paper, which was inked with Cantaloupe ink, from Velvet paper and from glitter paper. The Tim Holtz Small Talk Sticker was inked with Spring ink.
Don't worry if the stamping isn't perfect. Stray dots of embossing powder is one of my favorite things.
I also added some pearls to the tag.
The Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks are great for dying ribbon.
