Hi everyone! Happy Halloween to everyone who celebrates it! We didn't used to, but it is becoming more and more widespread here and the kids think it is a lot of fun. I am also enjoying crafting projects and home decor which is different from what I do during the rest of the year.
Today, Anton is a guest on my blog, with a zombie that he made over the weekend. He wanted his zombie to be on my blog on Halloween.
He started out with a wooden circle, which became the head. I die cut a body for the zombie from mat board and patterned paper, with Tim Holtz's Arch Frame die. Apart from that, everything you see are Anton's own ideas. I only helped him punch holes and set eyelets in the body.
On the head, he drew a brain and used two shades of pink to color it. He found some green epoxy stickers in my stash for eyes and also drew a mouth with teeth. The grey skin was done with a pencil.
The arms were twisted from plastic-coated wire and Anton used red wire here and there, as blood. He also wrote a spooky message on the body of the zombie with a glow-in-the-dark marker.
The hands hold Tim Holtz's idea-ology keys, which almost looks like hands themselves.
Here's the key on the other hand.
For the legs, he used the same wire and twisted a piece of tinsel into it. The zombie hangs from the same tinsel.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!!
Happy crafting!
