Hello! Lots of fun posts on the blog this week, today I am sharing a step-by-step tutorial on the
Sizzix blog for a basket and a pot filled with flowers.
Eileen Hull's ScoreBoards dies and
Susan Tierney-Cockburn's Susan's Garden flowers work really well together, since the 3-d designs are great holder for the dimensional flowers. I used the new
3-D Clay Pot and
Basket here, as well as
Lily, Mini Lily and
Daisy flowers. Everything is made from just white paper and cream mat board. The pot and basket were coloured with easy Distress Paint techniques and the flowers were watercoloured with Distress Inks. The techniques can be used on lots of other types of projects too.
To see the step-by-step tutorial, head over to the
Sizzix blog.
