The ATC for 9 December in my ATC Calendar is inspired by today being my ‘name-day’. In the Swedish almanac each day has one or two names attached to it, called ‘name-days’, and sometimes celebrated. Since I have a double name, I happen to have two name days, and 9 December is ‘Anna’. Here’s the ATC:
The background is a watercolour background with distress inks on watercolour paper, stamped with a swirl stamp and splattered with gold perfect pearls. The angel nwas stamped with black ink and darker brown ink was sponged around the edges of the ATC. The heart is die cut from grungepaper and misted heavily with a mix of Peeled Paint reinker and gold perfect pearls. The perfect pearls sit on top while the inks seeps into the grungeboard.
Thanks for looking!!
