Hi all! Today I am sharing a pocket scrapbooking layout on the Sizzix blog, using the new Life Made Simple dies. These dies have great shapes and patterns, and will also work great for cards, tags, and more.
I had never made a pocket page before, which is strange since I like the grid format and I enjoy working on smaller rectangles. It was fun making this! I took the papers out of the pockets for the photo, because it was impossible getting a good photo with all the reflections. Instead of using patterned papers, I used gelli printed papers. Every time I print with my gelli plate, I make lots of prints because it is so much fun, and it is great having all those papers ready to use on projects. I used stamps by Hero Arts to add texture.
To read more about this project and for close-up photos, you'll have to head over to the Sizzix blog.
Thank you for stopping by!!

Really nice......love the colors
ReplyDeleteThis just made me smile - such great die-cutting and colours. Every panel has its own delights... I think my favourite is the top right with that wonderful texty silhouette, but they all work together to create a fabulous layout.
