Trees, Trees, Trees 2

Today, I am sharing my second scenic card for the Trees, Trees, Trees challenge at Craft a Scene. There is a still lot of time to share your scenes with trees (at least three of them) with us.

I did a half-sheet (5.5 x 8.5 in) autumn tree scene:

The scene is done on glossy cardstock. Most of the stamping was done by applying Distress Markers to the rubber, many different fall colours for each tree, and then stamping. The markers stamp so well on glossy cardstock. Love the effect of all the differently coloured autumn leaves. The hills and the sky were coloured with dye inks using a Colorbox Stylus tool, aiming for a lighter and softer look than what I often do in my scenic stamping.

I left a meadow for the sentiment, which was stamped with Archival Ink Coffee. Love this sentiment about trees. I added falling leaves and leaves in the grass with different coloured gel pens, and finally also some mist by dry-brushing white pigment ink on the scene.

Thank you for stopping by!
