Hello crafters! It is snowy and icy here today and I had to step carefully when I went for a walk. I have a tutorial on the Sizzix blog, for two sweet cards.
I used a really fun and easy dry embossing technique for the background, and made a whole lot of backgrounds. They were made with a new 3-D embossing folder, called Confetti Hearts. I really like the jumble of layered hearts. Since it is a 3-D folder, the embossing has more layers and depth than the ordinary embossing folders. The cards were decorated with die-cuts and stamped images from the sweet Sending You Sunshine and I Heart You Framelits Die Set w/Stamps, from the Sending Love collection.
