Summertime Standups Card Tutorial

Hello! This weekend has been a long weekend here, with the traditional Midsummer celebrations on Friday. We also had fun visitors and wonderful weather, so this has been a great weekend. I am sharing a tutorial on the Sizzix blog, for a fun and easy card with a matching envelope.

The card and envelope were made with new die sets by Stephanie Barnard: Thinking of You Mini Stand-Ups Card, Mini Envelope Framelits Plus, Stars Triplits, and the Swirls #4 embossing folder. In the tutorial, I used blue, white and black Inksheets Transfer Film in different ways, showing you how to turn wafer-thin dies and embossing folders into stamps. Almost all the patterns on the card and envelope were done with the help of Inksheets, pretty cool.
