Dimensional Butterfly Tutorial

Hi everyone!! Thank you for all the comments on my great news yesterday. Today I am sharing a tutorial on the Sizzix blog for a dimensional butterfly card.

I used Tim Holtz Layered Butterfly die to make this card, and you can get the same results with the Layered Bee and Layered Dragonfly (which I used in this tutorial). There is also some watercolouring with Distress Ink and wax crayon resist.

To see the full tutorial, head over to the Sizzix blog.

Thank you for visiting!

Happy crafting!

  1. I love the jewelled effect of your colouring, and the way the butterfly lifts from the page to reveal 'secrets' below. Gorgeous overall effect!
